No Sleep.

In Disease, the unit Body. We have been learning about the different diseases and how they affect people with it and what it does to body parts individually. Specifically, we studied and read the DSM-V (diagnostic and statistic manual of mental disorders fifth edition). We began to look closely at three mental disorders called; schizophrenia, OCD, and autism. We then looked at the information of the disorder, its diagnostic criteria, and its related disorders.

So for this action project, we had to study any mental disability of our choice. After we chose & researched the disease, we had to plan a safe interactive activity, making our peers feel the feeling of that disorder.

The disorder I chose from the DSM-V is called Insomnia. Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. In the DSM-V5 on insomnia, they talk about the behavioral and the manifestations of having it. Symptoms such as early morning awakening inability to fall back to sleep and the sleep difficulty have to be effective within 3 months. An expert and a founder from https://insomniaexpertz.com/, Dr. Don Townsend, in his organization in Phoenix, as a recommendation they gather people online in for conference sessions and discuss their problems with insomnia. The brain waves of which this disease triggers are Theta and Delta waves, those waves trigger the most because this disease only happens when in need of sleep or just tired.
In class, below is my interactive activity of making the audience to see what it feels like to have Insomnia. What I did was make the audience run and then I do a sleep activity and its supposed to show how Insomnia has different mood changes and anxiety. If you can see the audience's body language that's amazing. So hopefully, you enjoy it.

Down below is my activity presentation:

During the video presentation, the brain waves were being recorded in the audience. So here below is my chart on brain waves and then in a graph form and lastly my piecewise function.
