Social Media & Teens.
Hello, In our class Forbidden Books, we have started in Unit 1 which is called "Politics". In politics we have been discussing policies between people and their judgment on something, how and why do people feel like that. We also have been discussing the word "Censorship". The definition of censorship is the suppression of things such as speech, books, films, etc. Censorship can be called in different forms of things and shapes, people use censorship as a way to either cover something that they do not want people to know about or just because it is offensive to whoever hears it.
Another resource we covered during this term is "Socrates". Socrates took a big part in our conversation within the class, and that is because Socrates himself is a very intriguing person when things come to present like authority, statistics, judgment, etc. We began to dig deep into how Socrates dealt with the word Censorship and the idea of dialogue within characters. He is also important to Western Civilization because he was a man filled with "wise" thoughts. He was known for creating Socratic irony and methods. With that, he left a print on the Grecians. A dialogue took part as well from Socrates, the Socratic dialogue is a form of cooperative argumentative between two individuals based on asking and answering questions. So with that, my partner (Cora) and I have made an interview video based on Teens on Social Media, in that video, we will be talking about how Teens are affected by it. Our guiding question is "Why do you think that we as teens are so addicted to our phones and social media?" Hope you enjoy it.
Here's our interview video:
I also have included a link to my partner's blog below.

In conclusion, I enjoyed doing and finishing this AP. The project made me feel excited because for me personally have done a lot of things with video recording and editing so for this to be a project it feels good. I was very surprised (in a good way) about the interview and how my partner and I can relate Social Media with Teens with Socrates and the wat he develops an argument. The one thing I wish we could have done was made the video a bit longer and also add more opinions on Social Media. But Overall, this was a great experience and I enjoyed it.
